📍 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a motivated Digital Demand Business Analyst eager to contribute to the planning and coordination of digital initiatives. In this role, involvement will focus on collecting and structuring business ideas and needs, supporting the prioritization of digital projects, and ensuring effective collaboration between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital project planning, demand management processes, while contributing to initiatives that deliver measurable value for the organization.

🔍 What will you do?

• Collect ideas, projects, and business needs as a preliminary step prior to the implementation of digital programs or portfolios.

• Act as the link between the business side and the technical implementation team, with responsibility for defining and updating the digital roadmaps of projects and initiatives in order to achieve strategic objectives and deliver maximum value for the company.

• Facilitate the prioritization and planning of incoming ideas, projects, and business needs based on cost–benefit analysis and team capacity planning.

• Monitor the implementation of planned ideas, projects, and business needs within a demand cycle and report the overall status of the entire request management process.

• Identify opportunities to optimize the Digital Demand process and propose solutions accordingly.
