📍 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Network Security Engineer Intern eager to learn how enterprise network and telecommunication services are designed, implemented, and maintained. In this role, you will support the team in monitoring network performance, assisting with configuration and troubleshooting activities, documenting technical processes, and contributing to projects related to telecommunication solutions while collaborating with experienced engineers.

🔍 What will you do?

• Main responsible for design and/or design validation of new solutions for all Business lines

• Follow-up on all activities like network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and security

• Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures

• Ensures continuity of Telecommunication services and collaborates with internal and external teams

• Provides technical expertise for all Digital Solutions projects

• Analyzes any type of traffic and designs new functionalities required by the Business

• Implements Telecommunication services for large and complex sites, including validation and acceptance of solutions

• Works with all Digital Solutions departments, including system engineers, level 1 support staff to resolve issues

• Ensures quality of services during changes in Telecommunication solutions

• Ensures oral and written knowledge transfer, including training of technical team members

• Responsible for service continuity, monitoring and incident response in the Telecommunications area

🎯 What makes you a great fit?

• Ongoing studies in Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation, Computer Science or equivalent.

• Basic understanding or interest in computer network infrastructures and willingness to learn about their design, implementation, and service provisioning.

• Familiarity or academic exposure to networking components such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, and VoIP is considered a plus.

• Interest in learning how to use network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.

• Willingness to assist the team in monitoring network performance and supporting system availability and reliability of infrastructure components.

• Strong interest in learning and developing technical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members.

• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple learning tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn from experienced engineers.
