📍 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Intern eager to learn how enterprise applications are built and customized on the Salesforce platform. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, working alongside experienced professionals in the field of data engineering. The selected candidate will have the chance to contribute to real-world projects, learn industry-leading technologies, and develop essential skills in data pipeline development, data modeling, and database management

🔍 What will you do?

• Gain a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and capabilities as it is one of the core platforms in our organization

• Learn how to build custom applications and automation solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools like Flows.

• Understand Salesforce data models, security best practices, and integration capabilities.

• Participate in training sessions, workshops and hands-on coding exercises.

• Explore Salesforce Trailhead to complete relevant modules and enhance technical knowledge.

• Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications under the guidance of senior developers.

• Work with Salesforce Admins and Developers to troubleshoot and debug issues.

• Support data migration, integrations, and API development with external systems.

• Create and modify reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business requirements.

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

• Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of new Salesforce features.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce

• Document technical solutions and best practices for future reference

• Document system changes and new implementation to augment existing training materials and facilitate the onboarding of new team members.

• Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn new things.

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs).

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

• Understanding basic software development methodologies and software design patterns

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills; familiar with basic project management concepts (Gantt, RACI) and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
